1. Service Agreement

AgentAir provides a Visibility Management Suite for agency use. By subscribing, you agree to use the tool for legitimate business audits and optimization.

2. Intellectual Property

The AgentAir platform, branding, and proprietary algorithms remain the property of AgentAir. Agencies are granted a license to generate and white-label reports for their clients.

3. Subscription & Billing

Founding Partner tiers are billed monthly. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Limitation of Liability

AgentAir provides data-driven insights but does not guarantee specific ranking positions on third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
